I graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Economics. I have always felt compelled towards education so I started my career off by teaching abroad. After a few years, I decided it was time to go back into the business world.
I began to work as a support representative at a SaaS company in Poland. During this time, I immersed myself in SaaS and in learning customer success. I quickly fell in love with the world of success because it was all of my favorite things – education, data, and working hands-on with people. Also, it allowed me to work collaboratively with different departments from product to marketing to development. I slowly became the VP of Customer Success at that company.
Now, I have been working in SaaS Customer Success for the last four years in three different countries.
I am passionate about making software-as-a-service companies successful by improving their customer lifecycle journey. My main goal is to make Customer Success teams an integral part of any organization.
Building your first customer success team can be challenging. It starts with hiring the right team, then understanding your customer base, and ensuring that the users are constantly getting value. Finding team members that fitI believe there is a magical combination of education and hands-on training that drives recurring revenue growth for SaaS companies.
